Each chapter about mental health consists of theoretical information about its relevance to mental health promotion and practical exercises to teach them to children using music, play, movement and art. Each chapter ends with art and you don't have to know anything about the particular artist or picture. You will find a written words about the art in the previous page. These are written so that they fit into the conversation with small children. After using the book for a while you will end up quite an expert in Finnish art! Music is written to fit the theme at hand as well as plays and movement exercises.
