How?

How to do it

  1. Set a shared goal. Discuss within the team which goals can promote everyday physical activity, e.g.:

    • Increase daily physical activity
    • Have a shared exercise afternoon once a month
    • Take the stairs instead of the elevator
    • Introduce digital breaks for a month
  2. Choose a realistic and achievable goal that everyone can participate in.

  3. Make the goal visible. Post it in a common area or in internal communications.

  4. Follow up on the goal. Regularly share successes and experiences within the team.

  5. Reward progress. Give the team attention or small rewards for joint development.
