How?

How to proceed

The course is free, requires no prior experience, and is available here.

  1. Include the course in your planning and choose how it will be carried out: do the course together during working hours, within a certain period of time, or as part of a development day.

  2. Discuss together the thoughts and observations that the course has raised.

  3. Go through the final assignment for the course—an evaluation survey—and discuss any areas for development that have been identified.

  4. Plan the next steps and goals: decide which areas for development you want to work on and how you will proceed.

  5. Set a follow-up date to check how the goals have been achieved.

Why?

When youth workers have a common understanding and knowledge of physical activity and mental well-being, it becomes easier to promote the topic in everyday life with young people. Joint learning strengthens shared responsibility and community in the work community.
