How?

How to do it

  1. Create a space together where everyone can move and dance safely.

  2. Choose a fun song – for example, Fröbelin Palikat’s “Sutsi Satsi Satsaa,” a popular children’s song, or a dance challenge on YouTube.

  3. The participants follow the music or the moves in the video – playfully and relaxed.

  4. If you want, you can choose a surprise song with an unexpected style (e.g., disco or schlager) and encourage participants to let loose!

  5. Allow room for individual style. The movement can be personal, liberated, and crazy.

  6. Finally, you can even compete for “wildest of the day” based on applause, or just thank everyone for participating.

Why?

A shared dance session brings joy and increases energy. It helps the body release tension and strengthens the feeling of togetherness and community.
