How?

How to do it

  1. Ask the young people to stand side by side on a starting line.

  2. Explain the rules: while running, they must shout continuously for as long as they can.

  3. Give a collective starting signal or shout.

  4. The young people start running and shouting at the same time.

  5. The person who can shout and run the furthest on a single shout wins – or everyone wins!

  6. If you want, you can play another round or try different sounds (e.g., animal noises, singing, or a word).

Why?

Combines movement and sound in a playful way that helps release tension and highlights young people’s own voices.
