5-10 min
Difficulty
Easy
Equipment
Enough open space to run (outdoors)
Participants
2–20
How to do it
-
Ask the young people to stand side by side on a starting line.
-
Explain the rules: while running, they must shout continuously for as long as they can.
-
Give a collective starting signal or shout.
-
The young people start running and shouting at the same time.
-
The person who can shout and run the furthest on a single shout wins – or everyone wins!
-
If you want, you can play another round or try different sounds (e.g., animal noises, singing, or a word).
Combines movement and sound in a playful way that helps release tension and highlights young people’s own voices.
