School bullying can present itself in many different ways. It may include physical violence, such as kicking, hitting or hair ripping. It may just as well involve name-calling, isolation from the group or illegal uploading of (modified) pictures of the person to the Internet.
Mild social shyness, timidity or nervousness are common and normal personality traits. Shyness and timidity often decrease with age as the individual gains more experience and skills in different areas of life.
Inadequate livelihood and other financial difficulties have a profound effect on life. The number of people suffering from financial difficulties grows in times of recession, which is why financial difficulties are again something more people are experiencing.
Joint Action on Mental Health and Wellbeing
The Finnish Association for Mental Health (FAMH) led the workpackage on integrating mental health in other public policies in the Joint Action on Mental Health and Wellbeing, which was being implemented by the European Commission and EU Member States in 2013-2016

Phobias or excessive fears
Phobias or excessive fears are disproportionate and unrealistic fears of certain issues, objects or situations. Typical objects of fear include heights, closed or open spaces, spiders, injections, flying or darkness.
Eating disorders are mental disorders in which people’s relationship with food, exercising, body image (the perception of personal appearance) or their general perception of themselves have a negative impact on their health.
