Mental Health First Aid 1® -course – Mental health resilience
About the course:
Mental health is an essential part of our holistic well-being, and it is something that is worth looking after. This course is suitable to anyone who is interested in strengthening and maintaining their own mental well-being or that of people close to them.
The course strengthens the participant’s own mental health skills and lowers the barrier to support other people. The aim is that the participants will learn to recognise their own internal and external resources for good mental health. The course also supports the participants to gain skills to manage through crises that are part of everyday life. Starting conversations about difficult life situations will also become easier.
