Children need interaction with adults, being present and love. The Pinwheel of well-being -poster helps adults recognize factors that strengthen a child’s well-being. In the center of the pinwheel is the child, still growing and developing. The pinwheel has eight wings that each depict a factor that strengthens the child’s well-being. Some are related to the child’s skills or everyday situations and others to the actions of adults.
The poster is suitable to be used by early education- and child health clinic professionals or anyone else working with children and parents. It can also be used for discussion in a work community.
