Crisis Helpline
The Crisis Helpline allows you to discuss your thoughts, feelings and situation in life with a crisis worker or a trained volunteer confidentially. You can call anonymously.
Crisis counselling
We offer crisis counselling in Finnish, Swedish, English and if necessary, through an interpreter in the client’s mother tongue. The counselling is cost free and anonymous if needed.
