The project Movement in Youth Work is a joint initiative between MIELI Mental Health Finland and the City of Helsinki’s Youth Services. Youth work meets young people where they already spend their time, such as in schools, youth centers, and online. The broad scope of youth work offers a unique opportunity to strengthen young people's mental health through physical methods that enhance well-being, community, and joy in their daily lives.

Coaches can support the overall well-being of young athletes in childhood and adolescence. The Mental Well-being for Young Athletes methods are based on six important dimensions.
The Mental Well-being for Young Athletes – Advanced Online Course (duration approx. 3 hours) explains how coaches can take the methods into use in a systematic manner.
The Mental Well-being for Young Athletes project improves the expertise of coaches. In the project, coaches are provided with content and methods to strengthen the mental well-being of young athletes. The material and the related online courses are freely available and designed to meet the needs of coaches involved with any type of sport.
The Mental Well-being for Young Athletes, Online Course for all Coaches (duration approx. 30 minutes) is designed for the club coaches in various sports.
