The goal of the Effective Child and Family intervention is to improve family relationships, functioning and communication when difficulties such as mental illness and drug abuse affect the everyday life of the family.
The aim of the Let´s Talk about Children (LTC) -intervention is to build a shared understanding between parents, the child and other important persons in the child´s life and to find ways of working together to promote wellbeing and prevent problems.
Coping skills poster helps a young person in being aware of things that increase mental wellbeing and contribute to mental resilience.
