to strengthen students’ resilience, mental health and sense of community in the
midst of the turmoil of the world?

-introductory training!
In this
training, you will
·
learn
about emotions and thoughts related to the environment and the future, as well
as their significance in studies and in students’ lives
·
explore
the Eco-Crisis, Our Future and Mental Health online course, which was published
in three languages this year, and how to use it
·
have
the chance to reflect on and share thoughts on how to deal with environmental
and future emotions in higher education institutions and educational
institutions, as well as try out exercises that support this.
The training
will be held twice during the autumn, each consisting of two morning-long
training days. The schedule is designed to enable deeper learning and to allow
participants to focus on the subject without rushing.
The
training will be held remotely on Zoom. The trainers are Sini Forssell and
Hanna Rintala, specialists in the Eco-Crisis, Our Future and Mental Health project.
